MVP Factory (a trade name of Software Devs Krystian Wiewiór) provides custom software development services including mobile applications (Android, iOS), web applications, backend systems, and UI/UX design. All projects are delivered under separate project agreements with specific scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Project Agreements

Each project is governed by a separate Service Agreement that specifies:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Warranty and support terms

The website pricing is indicative. Final pricing is determined in the project agreement after a discovery call.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment structure:

• 40% — upon signing the agreement
• 30% — at mid-project milestone
• 30% — upon delivery and acceptance

Specific payment terms may vary per project and are defined in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the custom-developed code and assets are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and knowledge gained during the project.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all project information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business plans, or proprietary information to third parties without your written consent. A mutual NDA is available upon request.

7. Website Use

This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content. Portfolio projects shown may include concept work alongside real projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

MVP Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services beyond the amount paid for the specific project under the applicable project agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
